The Quiznos Cafe also known as Q cafe are belongs to one of the largest restaurants/cafe brands in the world "The Library". With over 2,000 stores worldwide & a presence in 30 countries, Q cafe continues to be one of the fastest growing restaurants chain. The Q cafe in Kuching are located at the Vivacity Megamall Kuching which located outside of the Vivacity Mall. According to the manager, they have three outlets of the cafe brands in the Vivacity Megamall which are The Library Coffee Bar(located on the third floor) , Komugi bakery(Underground Floor), and Q cafe(Ground Floor outside mall).

Whether dining in or eating on-the-go, Q CAFE is designed for today's busy customers who are looking for a tasty, fresher alternative to many of today's traditional fast food restaurants. Q CAFE offers flavorful chef-inspired menu items, including toasted SANDWICHES, PIZZAS and WRAPS!

Though the cafe are already had may outlets in other states and country, it is first ever Quiznos Cafe in East Malaysia.

The cafe are such a cozy and comfortable place to have a lunch or a tea-break with friends and family. Besides the nice environment, they also provided interesting facility such as books for reading.

They have many main foods or dishes that are served in here. Usually the main dishes we can see in here are pasta such as chicken carbonara and chicken bolognese; sandwich such as chicken sub sandwiches; waffles and so on.

Waffle Ice-Cream

We tried few menus such as the Earl Grey Tea, Iced Matcha/Iced Milk Matcha, Chicken Carbonara and some veggie salad at our first visit to the cafe.

On our 2nd visit, we're able to meet the promotion of buy 2 Drink and Free 1 cake. We've tried some cappuccino and Earl Grey Tea. For the free cake, we are offered with blueberry cheese cake. The aroma of the coffee with the taste of the sweet blueberry cake are such a good composition. I really love the taste of the cake because it doesn't too sweet and light to eat.

Besides that, they are currently have the promotion of RM6 for few menus such as Chicken Carbonara, Veggie Salad,and Waffles.

Value proposition of this cafe

The environment and surrounding; the ways they decorated the cafe are warm and cozy. When we sit inside the cafe, time flies faster than we thought as we are talking with each others more comfortably. Besides that, they also provided free WIFI for their customers whose are having their meals in the cafe. Their coffee beans that used in making those coffee-based drinks are collected from 5 different countries, the proportion of the coffee bean mix, the secret of the ingredients recipe used to roast the coffee beans are the main attraction for their customers. The aroma and taste of the coffee definitely are lovely.

In addition, the prices that charged in each different foods are affordable and worth to spend. The quantity of the foods served are at a good proportion.

Our Group Opinion About Quiznos Cafe

Our recommendation when dining in this cafe are the Chicken Carbonara and Earl Grey Tea. Their Chicken Carbonara really tasty with the flavor of cheesy cheese and fresh mushroom on top of it. The gravy are a great combination with the pasta in the dish. Other than that, another recommendation are spending RM 9 for Earl Grey Tea are more than worth, as they allowed to refill the drink when customers want. It is definitely worth to try because the tea really smell great and feel fresh, little bit bittersweet when it goes down throat. I love drink Earl Grey Tea without adding any sugar into it, as I enjoys the great aroma of the tea. It is a good choice of drink when we want to spend time in the cafe talking with friends.
